Brave Nourishment

The intent of this study was to test fit the feasiblity to reuse an existing meat packing facility in the Northside Neighborhood District of downtown Kalamazoo. The clients interest were focused on developing a community based food cooperative that would encompass training and developing northside neighborhood residents with a passion for urban gardening and food sovereignty related initiatives within the community.
